Purpose and Reason:

1.   Proposed amendment to commercial black sea bass pot construction (panel or door dimensions) for compliance with the ASMFC fisheries management plan (section 3.9.2(D))

2.   Proposed amendment to prohibit the taking or possession of mako sharks for compliance with NOAA and ASMFC fisheries management plan (proposed sections 3.21.1(B) and 3.21.2(C))

3.   Changes to recreational Cod consistent with changes to NOAA Framework Adjustment 63 (section 3.22.1(A))
